Item No. (1): Discussion relative to potential better government related Charter Amendments including, but not limited to, issues related to current City Charter provisions and related policies upholding the integrity, transparency, and ethical foundation of Los Angeles' government, Removal and Discipline of Elected Officials, Ethics and Anti-Corruption Measures, Neighborhood Councils, the Preamble to the City Charter, and possible action regarding related report back requests, and related matters.
